Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

Those skins are for HaloPC, I assume. So...
Tutorial on putting HaloPC skins into HaloCE:
If it is a DDS file:
Open it up in Photoshop, Do not show mipmaps. Save as a .TIF file with normal settings into the data folder in HaloCE root directory. Compile with tool using tool.exe -bitmap name.tif. It'll create name.bitmap directly in the tags folder, Rename it to say "cyborg.bitmap". Backup tags\characters\cyborg\bitmaps\cyborg.bitmap and replace it with the one you just renamed.
If it is a PPF patch:
Apply the PPF patch to bitmaps.map in HaloPC. Extract the bitmap using HMT. Do the above.

NOTE: To use the above, you will need a .scenario to compile. It's possible to put them in existing levels, but.... I don't want to get into that.

Tutorial on putting HaloCE skins (if people are even trying) into CE:
If you were given a .bitmap and/or a .shader:
Put the .bitmap (and .shader if there is one) into \tags\characters\cyborg\bitmaps and \tags\characters\cyborg\shaders respectively, make sure to backup the originals.

If you were given a .tif:
Pretty much exactly the same as DDS, except you won't need Photoshop, or need to convert anything.
