plz help!!!!!!!! weapon/vehicle tut question

ok it says "change your materials group name to collision geometry"

how do that i push the m key then the first name i change?

delete all of your materials except one,make sure you keep the material ID 1. and then rname it by clicking on it and then changing the name at the top. change that name to collision-geometry. then click on the M by diffuse if it has a bitmap, then at the top right it should say bitmap, click that and then a menu should pop up, at the top of that it should say NONE. click that.... then apply that to ur selection and make everthing in ur model that you want to have a collision to a material ID of 1 so it has the collision-geometry material. then save as thingy_collision.max and then export as thingy_collision.jms and then compile by navigating to your halo ce root directory in CMD and then type "tool collision-geometry ______\_______" (no quotes and fill in the blanks with ur directory of hte collision model, for example: ______\_______ would be come weapons\thingy or vehicles\thingy)

4 the coll markers do i put a #in front of the name? and wen i add the cg markers do i delete the other markers?
and do i save over the old .max file?
