every map uses the same bitmaps, just make a skin and it changes all of that

nope, if u made an mc skin, it would be for everytime that skin is used on the mc model, which is everytime u see an mc. the bitmaps folder is huge, so i don't think that bungie will make one for each level. therefore, each level uses the same bitmaps folder, therefore, they use the same skins.

but there are only cache001 - 5. three of them bieng MP, if i save each original copy, then i can only replace three at a time, and each time i want to play with that skin, then i would have to FTP it. Thats a pain in the ass.
For example
I have three files that are cache001.map being damnation, rat race, and chill out.
If i load them all in at the same time back into the cache folder, then they just overwrite each other.
