i didnt really now where to post this but is there a way to make this site look different. like i wasy this guys screen of halomods and its was like totally different looking then mine.. is there a way?"

No, not currently. The only thing you can change is the main sites theme... and for that, register an account and go to preferences to see the available themes.

EDIT: but when i change it and submit it.. it doesnt change..? anyone know why?

I don't know why. But if you saw this forum's different skin and it was dark blue, that is the old skin.
