ya man u can mod eney thing it just takes time look at the xbox motherboard it dont take long for the moding scene to make new BIOS's and then back to moding

The thing about modding Halo 2 that I'm worried about is the fact that since its xbox live enabled that if u mod it and go online there is a pretty good chance that you can get banned from XBL, I heard that it has software that sees if it is modded and does some...things, but I'm sure that someone will or has already found a way around that. To me I think that Halo 2 itself will be a mod, a mod made by Bungie...The greatest mod ever!!!! lol

that doesnt make sense. if halo 2 was a mod it would have been out a long time ago. bungie built new engines for halo 2 and has had to be reworked for xbl.

I know it doesent realy make much sense, it wasnt ment to. What I mean by that is that Halo 2 TO ME seems like a mod of halo and...nevermind, I cant realy explain it.

why does everyone think xbl will make a diff for halo 2? better yet why do we care about xbl on halo 2? im pretty sure xbc or another tunneling program will support it, allowing free play! w/o having to worry about being banned, 2 main points to use xbc over xbl anyday, plus i like using my comp to go online, much easier than using a xbox controller to navigate! but for the main point, yes halo 2 should be able to be modded, itll just take time, and as i always do, id like to share some respect to MonoxideC

I will always remember Halo 1, It started off this whole site. If there was no Halo, we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves. But i might hack Halo 2 once i get a modchip,once it comes out, and once i finish it legitly.
