Incorrect Topic Names

Recently there has been quite a bit of people creating topics with titles totally unrelated to their actual subject.
Example:
- Topic Name: "Free xboxes!"
Body of topic: "Now that I have got your attention with the title..."
Because of this, a new rule is in effect. Your topic name
must be related to your subject. If it is not, your topic will be deleted immediately, no questions asked. A warning will be issued if you do this. Repeated occurrences of this will result in strikes.
- Wrong Topic Name: Free xboxes!
Correct Topic Name: How do I rebuild maps?
There are also many topics with titles such as "plz help!" or something similar. While there is no real rule against this, you will not recieve as much help because the people have no idea what you are talking about, and may not even want to read the topic.

Well perhaps people read announcements, wavy and me had a convo a little while and I quote: " Stickies are just like 'read me if you want, but you dont have to' announcements are like 'READ ME IM IMPORTANT!!!!'"

That would apply for people who know to read 'em.
For new comers I'd bet they wouldn't care about either one.

It's your duty when joining a forum to read the rules. If you don't read them, and disobey them, you really don't have an excuse for not knowing them.

Yeah, obviously

, but what I was trying to say is that they don't dont take on the duty to do that.

Let me guess... wes would create a topic with a name of "How do I rebuild? Free xboxes!"
But yeah... Try not to spam this topic to much

Yes. So make threads with the correct topic names...or we will kill you.
I might even give wes the pleasure of killing you, if you're a moderator >.>
