Offset lists in directory structure

Someone somewhere wanted to know how to view all the objects associated with something, like a vehicle, so I added support for this to my offset lists...
You can now browse the directory structure of an offset list by clicking the [Files] link beside the map, letting you see everything in a given directory (for example, /vehicles or /weapons)...
