damn, i did try, but stoppped lol. i got a great modded xbox for ya right here: [Removed by a moderator]
$260 with stock hard drive. Has mod switch shutting off power to chip allowing xbox live too. Its a great mod. I bought one and it should be here this Friday. (YESSSSSS) Just 1 question tho, Do I have to install new bios to mod halo 2 or can I just get the ftp program???

It doesn't matter if he has Live already.
You can install a mod chip with no problem. I did.
If he has Live, he just can't change his hard drive or his EEPROM.

Yes, as long as you dont have the chip on at the time when you sign in... if youre asking if its possible to play a modded map over live the answer is no.

You can use X-link kai, or Xbox-Connect, to play mods online.

The United Map Pack was compiled by dbowill. And it has been revamped. It is now "United Map Pack v1.2". The map list has been altered, and Ill put a new list up shortly. I think this is the best map pack out there, since it comes with over 30 modded maps and an auto-patcher. (maps still have to be signed tho).
I just wanted to let you guys know that it was dbowill who put it together and that theres a new version now.

I Can't get this thing 2 work for some reason, i used all original Maps(Rigt from the Retail Disc 2 be positive), then I used the autopatch this, FTP'd them all into a Fresh copy on the HDD and I just get a Dirty Disk Error? any1 else having this problem? i signed the mainmenu.map as well as all maps this 1 generated?

I might have found the problem, while searching through the patched mainmenu.map, i noticed that the entry for map 48 was set to the single player shared map file, and not the shared multiplayer(Shared.map) map, I tryed using the single player 1 once like how u can the multiplayer, and all it did was cause my game to crash(dirty Disk Errror), so i'm gonna change it to the shared.map file instead, maybe that will allow me 2 load my game? just gotta wait for my machine(XBOX) 2 free up

what works for me:
scenarios\shared\single_player_shared
hoping this will fix it
and if that doesn't work i'll try:

and whats with entry 49? and does any1 know how 2 add more entrys after this mod? like entry 50, 51, 52 ect... or is that still unknown

ohwell turns out that the fonts folder was missing and so was the shared.map file for some odd reason, so i got all the levels working except the last 2 now, they just say failed 2 load the map, so whats wrong with it now?

This is a HUGE bump, all these do is put those names in the "maps" list so that you dont have map name conflicts over connect or kai.
