HaloMods needs updating!

I no halomods is cleaning up the forumsn but has any one noticed how the home page and some of the links contain rele old material. I think ther shud be a forum about improvements to halomods and how to improve the alredy great experience. there shud be a link to where u can serch thru files not thru a forum. looks at website like halo-world. The files are easier to find, acess and download. they are ordered with ratings to help users choose which file they want to download.
o well, jus sum suggestions(dont flame!)

Can you be more specific about "really old material"?
there shud be a link to where u can serch thru files not thru a forum
I'm not sure what you mean by this...the files forum has a search feature. Can you explain what you mean by this?

Umm... Gren, I think he means a search through actual files, not the forums.
You know, all the files in the files forum? A search through those files. At least, that what I think he means. By "rele old material" I think he means the links go to really old mods, or news, or something outdated. He's using Halo-world.net as an example, cuz you can do a search for a specific file. I understand that. Good idea {ST} 117, I kinda like it.

thanks squiddy, that basically sums up wat i meen
--eg:featured hce mods link shows rele old maps and cud use more.
---i find the files forum hard to use. my idea is to have a link to a sectioon where all the maps are posted down the page and they have ratings/comments nxt to them. see halo world.net
--duz halomods chat even work, i didnt work wen i tried
jus my critiscisms to help...see screen shots (coming soon)

I like the site.
All I ask is for a new template.
I mean.
I can make the pictures for it.
But I can't set it on the forums.
Maybe have someone to get it if you approve.
I don't really download stuff so I don't care about that.

Actually, I think the "Jr. Admins" are on the Files Forum only.

From what I've read, it's just an Admin but I guess he can't control some things like site looks.
Which reminds me, BRING BACK THE OLD SKIN. Sure it's essentially the standard one, but this one is getting really annoying.

That would make the files forum alot less painful. Instead of searching for say, a map that the results come up with random topics? Why is that? Sometimes when I search for a map, I get stuff that has nothing to do with the name, like sometimes its a result in the news section about halo 2?! Gren, I believe this would really relieve stress of looking in the files forum.

Dan, let us start a petition and have everyone sign it who is favor of it and present it to the admins.
