Well its been about a week and a half since Ive been here... I got banned for a week for "having an oversized sig" when I havent had a sig image in like 3 weeks...

jks, your sig was oversized. That could either mean your sig image was oversized, or your actual sig text was oversized.

In this occasion, you had 4 lines of text. The rules only allow up to 3.
