Well then i have no idea how he got it. And no, He wasn't using the XMP. I Don't think it show's MC commiting suicide in any of the videos.

It is out. The leaked version at least. One of my friends has it. He got it off of ebay. Weird as it sounds its true. I've seen it in action. It's single player showed at E3 in 2003.

*sniff* *sniff* I smell bullshit. There is no beta leak. the only people who even had access to the beta copy were the most trusted game testers at microsoft. There's not a chance at all that the beta could have leaked out. Microsoft has the game guarded too well to have let it leak. And besides, I seriously doubt that anyone who had a copy of the beta would sell it on ebay.
