3D screenshot of Halo2

Post by BEEF!!! »

Just browsing the Bungie website this morning when I found this. It lets you look at a Halo 2 scene and be able to pan around it. Check it out! http://bungie.com/News/TopStory.aspx?st ... CA04AA6FC7

oh... now I get it. sorta. its just a 5 second clip that goes all around a particular (frozen) scene. and because you can control teh location of the movie with the arrow keys, its sorta like panning around the scene. its ok.

Not really. Kinda. It's not really a movie, although Quicktime does run it. It just needs eomthing to run it. You can rotate the camera around, and zoom in and out. But its no movie completely.

Yes, it is a movie.

Each time you roatate the scene, it moves the little tab into the corrisponding location, thus showing you a new angle.

so to speak anyway. I rate it better as a very ingenuitive way to get a 3d shot in than a cool scene
