This thread will be updated continuously with skins that either myself or you users (up for debate though) believe, goes well beyond the line that is "a normal skin" and into the hard to reach area of "oustanding skin".
With a little bit of luck and perhaps a little bit of work, you may see one of you're skins featured in this thread.

Woo...Greennc is featured a lot yes I know. But if you have been here as long as I have, you'll realise that greennc was one of the greatest skinners for Halo 2, or even halomods.com (the latter up to personal opinion).
If you're skin didn't make it, DON'T FRET! Just simply put it up for submission
And plus this is just a WIP, soon with the help of you users, we will have a complete list of the best skins out there!With such a thread being made open to public opinion (and how that opinion can vary significantly from user to user), I guess I will need to set up some sort of rules to be followed.
-No bias please: This one is a hard one to enforce, and I don't know why a lenient rule is listed first but ahh well... What I mean here is, please don't submit a friend's skin simply because he's your friends. And do not submit a skin simply because it's yours. I will be checking each skin suggested, so don't believe that because you suggested it, its outstanding.
-No spam: This one is always a given, but seeing as this thread is for people to submit excellent skins and for awareness of excellent skins, I do not want to see anything off topic. At all. All off topic posts will be swiftly removed.
Users are allowed to back up other people's suggestions though with reasons as to why the skin is excellent however.
-Provide a link: Yes, to help me decide which skins should be added, please provide a link to it...There are 6 pages of skins to sift through, which is a lot for to find just one and then see if it is worthy. So add the link to the skin for me
-Serious submissions only: I don't want to see 5 minute skins posted in here. Nor do I want to see unfinished, corrupted, non-working, or just plain bad skins being suggested.
-Pictures required:For a skin to be even considered, the author must have pictures of the skin in their thread, so as to help users get an idea of the type of skin they are downloading.
