Hey, I've been hanging around HaloMods for about 2 1/2 years now, and I figured I would finally make something. So here it is, a football skin for the assault bomb.

Yeah, good idea... remodelling it would be even sweeter. American footballs are kinda like egg shaped aren't they. Kinda?

That looks so awesome, but what would be a good level to skin, and remodel field goal posts? Maybe a mach level?

igeo thinks good soccer rocks, not to get off topic are any thing but soccer isnt just field faires either, football you play on grass, lacrosse you do to,

I will start working on a football mod, so that everyone can have a system-linkable football field. Any other suggestions or help will be appreciated.

P.S. - iGeo -- They already have a soccer ball in the game

i love the football idea football is best sport ever

4 the spartan u can somehow skin it 2 look like hes a football player and for elite u can make him look like a ref
if its possible 2 skin gernades u can make one look like a football and one look like a penalty flag

o and nice skin

You know what would be interesting? Making a map that is basically a football field, and having 2 bomb points, one at each endzone, and having plasma pistols that don't shoot on the map. And then making the melee powerful enough for a one-hit kill. And basically making a football mod. That would be pretty sweet.

Here's what you do. Make the default starting weapon the Plasma Pistol. Null all of it's shaders, so it just look like you have hands. Make it so it can't fire anymore. Disable the teleporters. Skin the map like a football field. Then, make the gametype Neutral Bomb, with no vehicles, shields, or weapons on map. Take off 'Slow with Bomb'. Both teams rush the skinned assault bomb, or the football, and you try to get to each other's bases to score a touchdown, or arm the bomb (which should be instant arming time).
