here's a perfectly skinned heretic banshee!
I'll get pics in a little bit but I was so proud of my skin that I just had to post it!
this is my first skin job ever.......

nice pics!! looks really nice. but couldnt you just have extracted the bitmaps from a campaign map and injected them in here

i think thats what he did
-actually- i think mp maps have the heritic banshee skin, if you go to its bitmap there is two selections

actually it was a simple string id swap in the vehc (what spawns the vehicle) I didn't know the skin was already in there so it kinda messed up that and this was just a joke.......

swapping the bitmaps does not get you the glow that this one has though...thats why this skin is "perfect"
but im not gonna use this as i dont mind not haveing some glow bits on my banshee

/me takes back last statement
oh and scott you can use this in your mods, all you do is go to vehc and swap the string id to heretic and it'll spawn like this

Cool, I always wondered how you get a vehicle to spawn in its other form. Like how to make a hog spawn as gauss or what-not.
Now I finally know how to get the troop hog... dun dun, dun dun dun dun duuuunnnnnn!

A lllloooonnnggg time ago I was looking at the permutations of a hog, I'm not sure how I did it, but I know it was in Insolence. There was default, gauss, and troop. I wondered how I could change it to troop, and then forgot about it.
Anyways, I just finished testing Coag with a troop hog, and nothing special, just no turret. You can't get in the back or anything.

use a seat adder thingy change the animations etc and it should work...
kinda like who they did it for halo1
would be nice...
on the topic of troop hogs, i believe lightning should inject those special hogs he made into halo2 and make them actually work...would be areally really good...
oh and tyckoman thanks...now tell me how to change reflexives properly (crosshair mb?)
