Looking for some Ideas to do to this...

I made this little thing, and it was just to test out the apple brush I threw together. Just thought I would try to make it into something. I was looking for some feedback / ideas to do to it. I understand some people may not like it due to the whole Apple Factor but ignore that if you could.
