But yes, seriously that is the reason I don't like it...Plus the actual render of him is bad.

I don't really like it either. The render just seems... odd for some reason. Blocky, and the whole sig has a sort of clunky feeling.

Well there's you problem, you have this really 3-dimensional render and then you stuckrad it onto a very flay bg.
