Not fond of the first one, the random splattering and overkill of colors is kinda...annoying.
Second one's logo looks cool (unless you didn't do anything to it, in which case you can disregard that last part), but the background is kinda bleh.

Render in the pepsi one needs to be blended better but i like the radial smoke trail looking things.

Yeah i agree on the logo, i think if I made it a bit smaller to match the depth it woulda worked, i dunnoz ^-^

Maybe you could smudge it a little, Blur maybe, erase it, or set the opacity down. Just some suggestions.

The only thing I don't like about the first one is that I noticed it is a tad too sharpened.
