Been working on this for most of today out of boredom. I think it turned out pretty cool :)

Critique and advice would be appreciated :)

Looks cool, I like it. I dunno if "bullet with butterfly wings" is some sort of like a song or phrase from something, but if it isn't then the text looks pretty tacky being on there.

Here's an updated version:

Thanks for the comments :) I was a bit skeptical about the text on the bullet. Anything more I could do with it?

Here try this.

No text =P

Or put it in the top Right corner and try setting it to overlay and sharpening and mess with eraser, and lightly erase some parts (set the opacity of the eraser brush around 5-10%) and such.

An idea for text is try to make the text look engraved on the shell of the bullet. That'd be kind of neat maybe....But it already looks very cool and it was a creative idea. Nice job JK!

I disagree. The text on the first one is the best aside from the micro JK-47, but it's not great. If you're willing to sacrifice the main text, I'd just must the JK-47 to the top right and call it a sig. As for the sig itself, I really like it. I've seen those wings in a tutorial before, but I can safely say that yours look considerably better, and fit well with the bullet. Very nice job.

I actually like V2's text more, but it's not bad.

The rest of it is Tebow-tastic.
Did I just say that?

Much better. I'd remove those Live stats and current. :o

I just may do that.

Not your best, but I like it. Took the song title literally, but that's not always bad.

Off-topic: Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is definitely Smashing Pumpkins' best album (that's the one the song is from, if you didn't know).

I did :) I have almost every SP album :)
I dunno, I think I like either Adore or Twilight to Starlight better :)

Glad that it's sigged. Looking great. :)

Moar Off-Topic (we should continue this in PMs or MSN or something instead of keeping the spam ;)): Well, even so, I think it's agreed that all their pre-reunion stuff was much better. Though Zeitgeist isn't a bad album isn't bad, and it is under-rated, it just doesn't match up.

Plus, Billy Corgan shaved his head. ;_;

Yeah... I like their older stuff a lot better.. Zeitgeist was a tragedy compared to their older stuff. I like it (a little), but their older stuff is way awesome.
And tbh, I think he looks a little less odd with a shaved head :p
