The bottom left is too sharp, if this is olny underwater. If it is above water, The rest is too blury

I see in no way how this is blurry, It has a defined shape, I created false specular bloom but that does not make it blurry, and I sharpened it because it was the backdrop to text, and It was meant to catch the eye right after you see the C4D.

Looks awesome.
