thyre the same EXACT thing except for a slight shading in the letters. so the first one

Its really hard to tell, but their is some other differences in them. It was a lot easier to see them in photoshop for some odd reason.

The text is bad, but other than that I think it's good.
Edit-Hmm, the spartan on the right looks like he has the Halo 1 spartan helmet.
