I don't know how to make a border lol. Well i'm getting CS3 soon, so i'll learn once I get it.

1) Ctrl+A.
2) Edit->Stroke.

The render doesn't fit the background very well. The wings are better, but the the shadow behind the body is killing it. Getting better though.
