It's very obnoxious for a desktop image, and the overall quality of the graphical element of it is lacking.

It was intended to be a quick lol and be done with... but... silly me for thinking people would have a sense of humor at 1 AM.
Yes, I know it doesn't look polished, hell it was a fourteen second photoshop job. *shrug*

Maybe the artwork is symbolism for the oilfield owners and how they're taking advantage of the rise in gas prices!11! As you can see the chief is holding his arms wide, taking in the power and supremacy he has built up gazing down on the money guzzling "cookies"!!11!
