Photoshop filters... DON'T USE THEM (or just the one you used.)
The "H" in YouHoo is messed up.
Bad use of colors an blending techniques.

That's about it.
PLEASE go to http://pixel2life.com and read up on as MANY tutorials you can on advanced blending techniques. i know it will help you out!

I kind of like it, but something about the detail/colors make me not like it. I'd give it a 6/10. I like the effects, but it looks like it was rather simple, and all the colors don't really go together. Also, unless your picture is a transparency, don't save it as a .gif. Save it as a .png for best graphics.

ok thanks, and about the h, i was making the wall look more tattered so i made a few small bricks stand out..anything els?

About the concept:

First off, graffiti has been done before, usually not that unprofessionally. Secondly, no one in their right mind would plaster their face on a wall anyway. It's not the type of sig for a face, either.
