It looks ok. But all you did was crop an image and desaturate it, from what I can see.

its actually 2 gradient maps with a photo filter and a contrast change border and text notice the effects in the sky compared to the elite no destuartion

I like the MC part a lot, especially with the god rays.
The Arbiter well it doesn't work at all. If only there was no arbiter =(
