New elitev2?

Since my hdd crash a month or so ago, I've been going to the effort of redrawing my little Halo characters, but with a lot more detail. I showed you guys the MC (however, got about 3 comments =( ) and now I want feedback on the elite.
In my opinion, it looks odd somehow, I want help with making it look better than what it is or just comments on the elite just by itself. Otherwise guess just rate out of 10 (x/10 for those of you playing at home)
V2+MC+splaser+new sword

Nah, I *armed*, Armed "Dr Cox" Civillian, with a new sig. He wanted the elite in a sig (the bastard pm'd me) so I gave him some of it
And no, this doesn't happen with everyone who pm's me.
but back to the elite and how orsm it is/how crap it is

Looks awsome to me 9/10
And i think it looks a bit odd because its shorter than it should be the heads a bit to big and the waist is to skinny.
I may be wrong but thats wat i think.
