Looks pretty good. My only criticism would be the diagonal red bars at the top. Something about them just seems out of place, can't seem to put my finger on it though.

it might be that they are too big, or they don't extend far enough and cut off behind the banner, leaving a red line at the end of them. that's all i could think off that might be wrong.

Could be the reflection of white, when nothing else around it is that bright really.
But it looks cool, keep it up. Not your best, but its nice.

I feel like a GoW clan site should have more of a tech type template, but thats just me.

Your name plastered over it is annoying, get rid of that in the final.
And I don't like the title font. Not GOW like.
