So... you resized an image then applied a (Rather bad) filter?

no its toony its my first picture so be nice = ( oh and somehow i new you were gonna be the first one posting in this i know your watching me


EDIT: no i didnt resize it i just cut out everything else i resized the car

All you did was horizontally resize it and put a filter on, wow 0/10

no effort made. you just resized the image, and added a horrible, and nasty filter to it.

OMG is that car RED.
Anywayz everyone has to start somewhere so try taking a few tutorials and really putting in a big effort next time

ok i just tryed a huge turtorial and when i was done the picture looked like a dog crapped on my moniter
and the filter is a toon filter not the best picture that expresses it and i actualy put effort into it but not alot and i didnt resize it i cropped it when i was done
