I'd have to say the second one. But, theres a few things I don't really like about it. The text doesn't work well with the sig, the render seems a little distorted, there's a white line on the right shoulder that really sticks out (maybe put a light source to the left and behind the master chief as well, or just darken the white spot.), there's not much depth.. It looks like a background with a render slapped on it, and, the render doesn't really blend in well with the background.
