So?

The background is alright, and I like the tech boarder. The material inside the tech border looks kinda cartoonish. I dunno if that was your intent or if it was an accident, but I don't really like it very much. The arrow could use a little anti-aliasing as well.

Anyway, I don't really care for it. Mostly, I would suggest adding some variation in the color.

I had some yellow glowing lights, but I didn't like how it looked =(
