meh, gotta go with a 4-5/10
Blending needs work.
Render Is Chop-Tastic.
Bad text, try some plain arial.
Colors scheme is wacky.

Tahoma is best. Sig looks alright, but try to put more thought into what you really want to accomplish. 5/10
