He actually looks more like a zombie in the first picture. I want the camera that took the photo though.

Doesn't feel like a zombie to me, try adding some decomposed parts, change the texture of the skin, etc etc.

Indeed, change the skin color to be more green or something alomng those lines. Then maybe ad cuts or stitches on his face?
