It looks good, butt the bottom, where the street should be, needs WAY more detail IMO.

I know, but I set myself a 30 minute time frame, and it ran out before I could finish.

Definantly cool, but yes could use more detail. I'd rather you just spend more time on it then set a limit to see what you can make.
