i don't like it, theres no black/ Grey to blend with the render, and the bg style (grunge) doesn't go with the smooth vector style of the render. bad choice for style mixing :\

it seems over saturated... too high of contrast. try getting some soft grunge brushes, or vector brushes.

I like the background kinda, but like Xiion said, the render doesn't fit it.
