Spartan Laser Sig & Avatar

Hey everyone, here's a sig I made after I downloaded a CE Halo 3 map. I saw the laser, and thought it looked pretty awesome, so I took a screenshot of it and made this. (I made most of it myself, like the background and the laser.) Any comments/criticism appreciated
EDIT: I've got an avatar to match the sig now, tell me what you think of it!

Looks alright but it's over the 75kb limit, please shrink the filesize or it will be removed.

It's pretty good. Would be a lot better with a better display. From what I can tell, the HUD you've presented thus far is showing the gun's specs. But from what I can tell, there's only one display actually attached to the gun, and there's no text. The graphs look nice, and the text is ok. I just recommend using a different display for the gun specs.

Good text size choice, but not a good font. When making this sort of image, it's not actually required to use actual information, or even a readable font. Most people use symbols or lines made to look like symbols.

Yeah, that's reasonable. It's actually a pretty nice sig.

Your sig for some reason reminds of X-Men, I dont know why but it does, but it is a pretty decent sig, just wondering how long did this sig take you to make?

Lol i don't want my name to sound like xmen
Anyway the sig didn't take to long, I'd made the background earlier. Including the time it took to make the background, it took around 1 hr 30 min. Oh yea and just to inform you I'm making an avatar to match the sig

The avatar actually looks really good. But the text on the left doesn't need to be blurred.

its just another tech brush which I'm guessing got blurrier when I sized it down

It's ok. At least you didn't totally overdue tech brushes like a lot of people do.
