I tried to mimic something I'm drawing in my commercial art class. It doesn't look much like it, but I got the main thing down. What do you think?

Looks....different. Really simple, I like the concept nonetheless.

501x121 >_>

I see what you did there.

Anyways, I rather like it. As gh0570fchurch said, simplicity is nice.

Bah, Illustrator added 1 more pixel when I added the boarder

Thanks for the comments, though :)

Why were you using illustrator for that? :/

That's what we use in my commercial art class most of the time; it's really good for working with text so I decided to use Illustrator over Photoshop.

Wouldn't it add two pixels to each dimension?? ...

I dunno, it wouldn't make sense for it to add 2px for each dimension if I only added a 1px boarder.

Never use pure black and white when making this sort of thing, it's too harsh. Plus it's not really good. 10/10 if you like oddly placed random letters with no purpose.

I didn't place them without a purpose, it's supposed to make an abstract design. The original shows it a lot better than this one, but I don't have my original paper to copy off onto Illustrator so yeah.

And about the black and white, I might fix it later, but when it comes to color I get pretty lost as to what to choose.

Nevertheless, looks good, I really like the idea.
