If I had to choose one I would have to pick v4 none of them are great but v4 is the only one that is balanced. I am going to have to say 2/5

I don't think it's an official Sonic character, just a fan made one.

Oh, and #4 is my favorite.

All of them are too bright except V1 (V2 and 3 are wwwaaayyy too bright), and even V1 I don't really like...
