Howdy. I've seen a lot of reflection graphics lately, so I thought I'd try. Here's my first finished "reflection" work. Like it or hate it, I don't care.



Yes, the reflection of the mustache does make it look like Mario is mad, but when I thought about fixing it, I realized that it actually looks fairly accurate. I don't think it needs fixed (you can argue that, though).

Good execution of the reflections, but it's too plain overall. You definitely should not have made the image so wide.

You should upload it as a png so there's not a white pixelated stroke at the top.

I don't see the pixelated stroke, but that doesn't mean it's not there. I can't do a .png because the upper part of the sig is transparent.

Let me put it this way.

.png's can be transparent.

I don't see that stroke thing either, looks normal to me. this is cool lookin, "HEY, It's a me, MARIO!"

Well, it might have something to do with my resolution, but I definetly see a white stroke there. Anyways, maybe we can put that aside, since it doesn't seem like it's at fault of the poster. It does seem really blank, but the reflection looks really nice.

Yeah, I actually left it blank for a reason. I wanted it to focus primarily on the reflection, not anything else. I made this as if it were a completely white room, and short ol' Mario walked up to the table and looked across. Though the emptiness may indeed be this sig's downfall, it's exactly what I was shooting for.

It's hard to see any pixelation on this forum skin, but if you paste the signature into Paint you can see what the image would look like on a dark forum. There's some pixelation, but it doesn't bother me when it's barely visible here.

Well, maybe if you wanted to do it that way, you could just make the canvas much smaller. There's a lot of space that just makes an awkward emptiness.
