Pretty cool. I think some contrast might give is some depth. Maybe something shiny? I love shiny.

Don't know how to tamper with anything to make it shiny in GIMP.

OH, you use GIMP. Good job then, you did well with what you had. This sig is actually not bad.

Honestly, I love it. It's really cool to look at. Adding shiny would make it an ub3r sig!11!!1!!!!!!1!!1!11111111!

in gimp you can use lighting effects to make it shiny. i think its under filters -> light or render something like that.
