Contradicting flow, (and with a name like "Too Fast For You" you want it to be as Streamlined as possible.) and no depth.

I've determined that you need to stop using brushes. They're spoiling your potential.

very good more maybe add more filters to it like a slight motion blur at the angle the car is moving to give it that streamline flow.

Yeah, the background goes from up-left to bottom-right, and the render goes from top-right to bottom-left. They don't fit too well. It might look nice if you horizontally flip the background, so that the render and background might flow a little better.
