Dude...
You can't have a sig that back, keep your old one.
As for the sig, well, the coloring is really bad (green and red don't go).
Try to blend the MC in a better way, it just doesnt work how you have it now.
Text is bad, but text is hard to do, make it smaller and less obtrusive.
The background is sorta blurry, which wouldnt necessarily be bad if the sig had a focal point. It doesnt though, so you should add some depth to it.
I suggest you make a border, too.

it means 85% or more of it was used with microsoft paint and the rest with picture it! or any other crappy paint shops
