My duck just died... she was fine this morning, but when we got home she was completely limp and on the way back from the vet's with some antibiotics for her (not much you can do to help ducks, and she had a terrible fever), she flapped around a bit then just went limp. We've had her for 6 years, at the moment our other duck Jimmy is all put out about it
I decided to whip something up quickly in PS. It's probably bad quality-wise, but I wanted to make something.

What makes it worse was that it was really drawn out, the poor thing was lying in the full sun and couldn't move, so she had no food or water... and I waited about an hour after I got home to go feed them. Maybe if I'd got out earlier or something it would've helped

Ducks are one of my favorite pets. I had two before, one got eaten by a fox, while the other was run over by my mom (NOT ON PURPOSE). Then i wacthed it die in the drive way...
So i know how you feel, and it really sucks...
