Thanx, i was gonna do something weird with the gradients but then it looked good alone... so i added brushes!
the other ones i was just firing out

Plain gradients make a good basis for a background, but it needs more to it to give it some depth.
Id get rid of text for now and focus on creating backgrounds.

Well, since you're new to sig making, I'd say use brushes for now. mb slap in some C4d, too.
Filters can make neat backgrounds, too.

Yer i tried C4D and i liked it.. but it takes a long time to do a little thing.
Any tutorials for making background in photoshop CS2 that could be helpful?

Text is downright terrible. Remove the bevel, and lighten the Gradient.
Background, However, Try some Light Brushing. Dont Try to go immediately to C4D's just yet. Try to get down the basic elements of flow and gradients with brushing and apply that knowledge to latter works.
I highly recomend going to 22 Pixels for Flock, or
dA for some brushes, and
P2L for some tutorials.

(BTW there is no bevel on the ones i redid i already know the first one is terrible
