Still gotta shrink the filesize down to 75kb or below.
But other then that I like it. Even the Halo text doesn't look bad :o.

You guys should make an exception, it only passed to by a little, but I wonder, who made these rules?
This will force anyone with a bad internet service to goto a new one, people need to update, and halomods shouldn't be left back...
