Sig TEST!!! TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!!

Hey, this is my 2nd Custom sig (my first was horrible) so please rate me 1-10 according to that and that I slapped it together in 10 minutes
. I love fireworks. I know it's basic but thats all i can do for right now. So, tell me what you think.
P.S. It's only 12K. HEHEHE, not bad, eh.

Ok, how do you like this new border? I made a couple and this is the one my dad liked best so i thought I'd go with it. The other ones I made weren't really good. I guess borders aren't my strong suit but tell me what you think.
