This is my first Avatar. First I worked on modding, then skinning, then modeling, then mapping, and now I am trying ... 'signature... ing'?

Halomods certainly is teaching me a lot  .

I have one with a bit of a top to bottom fade, and then a darker one. The pipe part on the top got a little messed up, so I'll try to fix it.
My brush set was pretty bad.

NOT REAL AVATARS, THESE AVATARS RANGE FROM ANYWARE FROM 88x79 TO 89x79

*Update*

I added some defined white lines to distract from the pipe line messed up on the top. I'm still working on getting it out though, the lines don't blend well, and they weren't exactly what I was looking for.

*screw the above Update, new BETTER UPDATE*

I was going for something abstract, and kind of distracting.

Is it interesting in a good way? 8)

I guess Ive never seen something like that done before. Which is a good thing.

By ugly I meant that its a tad pixelated and the text is odly distorted.

Wow, fast reply.

Edit

Well, this is my first Avatar/Sig, so of course I'm going to play around with it for about another hour. While messing around, I stumbled upon a pretty good possibilty:

It looks easier to read, the pipes look fine, and the red blends better then the blues.

P.S. I used MSPaint, and whatever the default .bmp editor is (MGI, I think)

I wanted to see if it could pass as photoshop.

Could you do it in sig form :D ? It is too hard to make a 500x120 using MSPaint. A good one atleast.
PM if you can, 'cause I have something in mind.
Btw, thanks much for the offer.
