First Flash Animation: Death To Sticky

It's my first flash animation. Since it's only my first, I could really use some advice on how to get better.

Make the arms longer and the body shorter. The arm waving was just weird.
I guess its not bad for a first.

well the limbs are uneven. Try doing a Rotoscope. We did that in my class and had to make a 120 frame Stick figure Skate video.
