no comment, except for this: You should actually spend some time with it! I took 33 minutes to make mine XD
my steps were: opeed in photoshop, fixed color on face, placed onto keyes' face, distorted to fit, put into 3ds max, distorted eyes/mouth/nose to be in the right places, made shirt, put into 3ds max, got model + textures for flood infection form, inserted into scene, applied proper material effects for correct alphas, moved arms, added lighting, rendered, moved arms again, moved flood, rendered again, uploaded to photobucket.
as compared to: open in photoshop. cut out face. place on another picture. upload + post.

Well, I was just going to edit my first post, but I had the owner of many ban-hammers, lock-sticks, and delete-prods (gtavcmaster) do me a favor and delete my post.
This is what me and BFIGHTER were doing for like an hour and a half. We were laughing so much.
And believe me, there's more where this comes from.. >_>
(Sorry for the size. It's big yes, but it's fricking hilarious.)
