It'd be better to see it on a black back ground too.

its a navy blue colored forum.
I got rid of that hideous black cloud.

It'd be lighter on the dark Forum due to the contrast of the navy blue colour.

Ummm, its ok, text needs alot of work and the bg is too dark. 7/10, gj man.
