Question Re: Sig Rotators

Hi,
I'm not familiar with the term, sig rotator, technically using fireworks, with a gif image with keyframes, even though it's somewhat flash, even though a gif, and if I have stuff like "fire fox user" or "windows xp pro user" in mini sections, and if they rotate, but in a gif, is that considered an animation? Or a sig rotator? Because before I "put" it on halomods as part of my sig, i'd like to clarify ahead of time, to make sure that I don't breech protocol of the sig rules, etc.
Thanks,
I'd like a few responses regarding this from junior admins, site admins, moderator's, etc, on the subject, because I went through the sig rules, but I personally could not distinguish the 2 apart, since to me, a sig rotator, in a sence, is a "form" of animation, (not literally moving around alot, but literally changing the mini sig thing, but still u know?).

For example of the mini sig parts, (Found this pic on google btw, and uploaded to photobucket as an EXAMPLE of what I was refering to "parts" of a sig rotator, if cut out, and used, etc).

There's an online sig rotater. It's like PhotoBucket, but it rotates any pictures you upload on there.

It's also halo related, re: the pic, I can make part of the rotation "Halo PC Modder, or Halo PC user" etc etc,
And, it's also for use on the halomods forums, so I want to find out, if it's permissable, useable, or not, etc.

I can make a new topic, call it apple, and paste the ext halo in the corner, does it make it valid?
"I can make part of the rotation "Halo PC Modder, or Halo PC user" etc etc"
Keyword here:
CAN
You speak in future tense, lets talk present.
Here, i'll start, this isn't halo related. Mods, delete.

it is halo related....
man u guys are confusing, see, I discuss halo sigs, this is in the halo graphics forum, or otherwise, I wasn't sure "where" to put this, but it's regarding graphics, and halo, etc, because I wanted to rotate a few of my sigs also, that are halo related, thus halo related topic, I don't get what u don't get about it not being halo related.....
EDIT by Le_Loup:
I ask valid questions, talk regarding halo, and halo based sigs, rotation or animation, etc, and thoroughly descriptly detail my questions for specifics, not generic statements, I asked for the people who handle the forum mainly, not actual people who are average users (though their imput is good, I was looking for valid overall discussed details, etc, ).
And off topic, re: my sig.... people keep changing it..... It's 375x120 res, it's .png (like jpeg), it's hosted OFF site, it's 11kb, actual "byte" count is 11487. And if you wish to validly confirm that it's NOT what I say it is, feel free to at,

Respectfully not trying to flame or be disgruntled, but rather annoyed at the odd responses,

If it is hosted off site use
this. That is what I use. You just need to make a folder named sig.png on your host and put the index.php in that folder along with two or more other images. It is very easy to set up and very easy to use. Then to put the [img] code in your profile you just type "
http://yourwebsite.com/sig.png" that is it.

Hehe.. I sure as hell don't, and the same for all other people who use that style of sigs.

I'm just curious if a gif, and a rotator in the long run, are considered the same, etc, because I want to do a rotator, but showing what I can do, with modding, etc, video editing, etc, and hey, I'm also thinking of having it 400x120 (not 500x120) but about that, simple, small, and rotateable, but still u know?
